מוסטער:FormSectionTitle

Adds sections for each PoS in Form:באשאפן און רעדאקטירן א פארשרייבונג. The sections do not appear without the corresponding category. As such, this template needs the category, and section name.

The parameter formheadertransclude is set to true if the form header should be included. This should be done on the first form section (e.g. on the form "סובסטאנטיוו").
